摘要： Purpose/significance ChatGPT is a chatbot program developed by OpenAI in the United States. A dialog with ChatGPT can provide insights into the theory and practice of think tanks. Method/process Currently, GPT-3.5 offers users a free query quota of 30 queries per day. Chen Yu has engaged in a dialog with ChatGPT on a number of issues related to the theory and practice of think tanks by creating an outline for the dialog.
